Good morning Bay Islands. Our satellite at 6:30 a.m. shows rain well away from us, near Puerto Cortes to our southwest and near the Mosquito Coast to our southeast. Today should be a beautiful day for us, with relatively calm winds and seas starting out 15 mph from the east and 2 feet, and calming to 10 mph and 1 foot by afternoon. I can’t rule out a stray shower here or there today, but most of us should be dry. We have a good chance of an overnight or early morning thundershower tomorrow, then mostly sunny again midday before another overnight chance tomorrow night. Tomorrow will start out fairly calm, but get a little windier toward evening with 20 mph winds and 3-4 foot seas. Have a great Tuesday!
