Good morning Bay Islands. This is the 7 a.m. view from Bananrama. You can see the rain in the distance. Around 6 a.m. West Bay received about a third of an inch of rain while no other reporting stations on the islands reported any rain this morning.

At 7 a.m. we can see the big clouds to the west and north of Roatan, mostly moving away from us, but there are a few popcorn clouds to our south, so we can’t rule out a shower here or there this morning, but generally clouds and showers should decrease as the morning goes along. Winds this morning will continue at 15-20 mph from the east with seas 3-4 feet, calming a bit by afternoon to 15 mph and 2-3 foot seas. We will have an even better chance of an overnight or morning shower tonight into tomorrow morning.

Did you know you can order fresh meats on WhatsApp and have the order ready for pickup at Carniceria Rosita?
