Feb. 3, 2023

Feb. 3, 2023: Good morning, Bay Islands! We had some showers this morning on the east side of the island, giving Punta Blanca a tenth of an inch and Jonesville Point and Politilly just enough to get the ground wet.

Today we will have much calmer winds and seas, around 5-10 mph and seas 1-2 feet all the way through Monday. We will have scattered showers and a mix of sun and clouds. Rain showers will be mostly at night and in the morning, but we will also have an occasional afternoon shower during this period. Rainfall totals still look pretty low, so I wouldn’t cancel any plans. Actually this will be a great weekend to get out on the water. Our easterly winds get gusty again starting Tuesday, when our rain chances go down. Have a great Friday!
