Rainfall totals for January 2023

Rain over most of the island was pretty consistent at 5-6 inches, though West End recorded more than 9 inches and West Bay recorded less than 4 inches. We’ll put 5.46 in the books. That is the lowest rain total for the month since 2016 and almost exactly half the normal rainfall of 11 inches. We are transitioning to the dry season, with February averaging 5.43 inches, before we enter our driest months of March-May.
