Nov. 22, 2022: Good morning, Roatan! Everybody got wet yesterday. West Bay, West End and Sandy Bay all got a little over an inch of rain. Mid-island Coral View and French Harbor got around 2 inches. But here on the east side, we really got poured on. I had 2.7 inches here on Jonesville Point and Politilly got 3.62 inches.

This morning there are still some clouds and showers around so it is possible someone might see a shower this morning, but there is less activity off to our east, so today begins four days where rain chances and rain totals will be much lower. Skies will be mostly sunny and winds and seas will be fairly calm.

This morning the European and US models are starting to agree that the norther won’t make it all the way down here, but it will get close enough to give us increased rain showers this weekend, just not the heavy winds and seas, so that’s good news. Have a great Tuesday!
