Good morning, Roatan! We definitely got good rain last night. Most locations got an inch or a little over around Roatan, though the far west end got more: 2.25 inches for West End, 1.7 for West Bay and 1.73 for Utila. Our winds are fairly calm this morning, but northeast winds to our north are pushing seas to around 3 feet on the north side.

As you can see on the 7:30 a.m. radar, there are scattered showers still around the island.

We will have a chance of seeing one of those showers through the morning. This afternoon we will be partly sunny and still may see an isolated shower, but rain is more likely in late evening and overnight, much like last night. Tomorrow afternoon rain will be unlikely. Sunday night into Monday morning we will have about a 40 percent chance of a shower. This is a pattern we will be in this week, with rain chances overnight into the morning and staying mostly dry midday into the afternoon. Winds will be quite calm and seas will be 2 feet at most, even less than that as we get into midweek. Have a great weekend!
