Sept. 6, 2022: Good morning, Roatan! We will combine our forecast with the tropical outlook, since our forecast is so boring.
Today we will have east winds 7-12 mph and seas 1-2 feet (.3 to .6 meters) on the south side, even calmer on the northside. Skies will be mostly sunny with almost no chance of rain. Tomorrow through the end of the week may be even calmer, with 5-10 mph winds and 1 foot seas.

In the Atlantic, Hurrricane Danielle is soon to be downgraded to a tropical storm in the cool North Atlantic and Tropical Storm Earl is about to be upgraded to a hurricane, but is also about to turn back out to sea and away from the U.S. Two more waves have come off the African coast, but early computer models don’t develop them very much. The GFS model is trying to give us a low pressure system in the middle of the month. I hope so. We need it. Have a great Tuesday!
