Sept. 5, 2022: Good morning, Roatan! With some clouds to our west, it isn’t impossible that someone on Utila is getting a morning shower, though at 7:30 a.m. the rain gauge on the south shore was dry. Today will be partly to mostly sunny with winds in the 7-12 mph range and seas 1-2 feet (.3 to .6 meters). Rain chances are quite low, even overnight. Over the next week it is always possible to get a passing shower, but nothing major and most of us will stay dry all week. Winds and seas are fairly light all week as well. This week is a prime example of why I always tell North Americans that September is the best month to visit. Have a great week!
