May 24, 2022: Good morning, Roatan! Most of us got small showers yesterday and a few of us picked up a couple of very early morning showers today. But for the first time in awhile we’re getting full sunshine this morning.

Clouds will increase toward evening and we will have a chance at a scattered shower. This week will be a week with more showers than previous weeks. We’re leaving the very dry period of April-May for the somewhat wetter period of June-July.

Winds shouldn’t be around 20 mph today with 3 foot seas and 30 mph tonight with 5 foot seas.

Tomorrow will be partly cloudy with about a 20 percent chance of an evening shower and winds similar to today.

That pattern will continue until Friday and Saturday, when winds should calm a bit and the rain chance will increase. Have a great Tuesday!
