We had a wave a showers pass over our islands around 2 a.m. The big winner was Guanaja with an inch and a quarter.
The satellite from 9 p.m. last night to 9 a.m. today shows the rain that passed our islands just after midnight. At 9 a.m., most of the rain is well to our west. We will keep a chance of a shower, especially through the morning, but things will get drier as the day goes on.
Tomorrow looks like a picture perfect day, with mostly sunny skies and only a small chance of a scattered shower.
Wednesday through Friday we will have a 50/50 chance of rain each day, especially in the morning hours.
Saturday into Sunday we are still looking at the possibility of a norther, though the GFS is forecasting it stronger and the Euro is forecasting it weaker.
Wind and Galaxy Wave forecast: We wake up to west winds 5-10 mph and seas around 2 feet.
Tomorrow winds will be quite light and seas around 1 foot. Again, tomorrow is going to be a gorgeous day.
Wednesday through Friday our winds turn to the east 10-15 mph and seas 2-3 feet.
Saturday into Sunday we are looking at north/northeast winds from the norther, 12-17 mph and seas getting up to 4-5 feet, especially on Sunday morning.
