November was a wet month, the third wettest since 2000. We’re putting Sandy Bay’s 22.74 inches in the record books as Sandy Bay is usually the best average for the island as a whole.

These last two months have proven what we mean by rainy season. In just two months we picked up 51.28 inches of rain. How much did we get the first NINE months of the year? Exactly 26 inches of rain.

November was the third wettest month since 1999, but the vast majority of that rain was in just the first two weeks of the month. We’ve been below average since then.

December averages much less than October and November, though still part of rainy season. We average 12.10 inches of rain in December and the forecast for the first two weeks is fairly dry, though toward the end of next week we may see a weak norther. Have a great December!
Thank you for all the rain βοΈ totals. ππ»
