March 13, 2023: Good morning Bay Islands! This morning we have east winds around 10 mph and seas at 3 feet. They should definitely calm as the day goes on.

We have a cold front entering the Gulf of Mexico as you can see in the maps. Unfortunately as it gets close to us it is going to fall apart.

Still it will bring clouds and a chance of rain between late tomorrow night and Wednesday night.
Today and tomorrow will be mostly sunny and mostly calm, with seas falling to about 2 feet today and tomorrow.
The period between tomorrow night and Wednesday night we will all have partly cloudy skies and about a 50/50 chance of getting wet. This, sadly, won’t be an all-day rain. It will be passing showers with sunshine in between. Winds should be fairly light on Wednesday, but Thursday and Friday should be sunny and a bit windier, with daytime winds around 15 mph and nighttime winds 20-25 mph.
Saturday winds calm again as another cold front nears, giving up partly cloudy skies and another 50/50 shot of rain Sunday. Have a great week!
