Feb. 27, 2023: Good morning, Bay Islands! We’ve had some clouds moving out of the southeast over Guanaja bringing a few showers through the morning. It looks like it will stay mostly to the east, but there are a few more clouds on the way, so we will keep the morning partly cloudy with a small chance of a passing shower. Otherwise, today we will see the winds pick up again, especially this evening. At 9 a.m., seas are at 4 feet and winds around 20 mph. By evening we will have winds 25-30 mph and seas 5-6 feet. Tomorrow during the day winds will be back down to 15-20 mph and seas 3-4 feet, but tomorrow night will be windy, with 25-35 mph and seas back up to 6 feet. This will be a windy week, but this weekend we see the winds calming a bit and a chance of a few showers. After that next week looks a bit less windy than this week. Have a great week!
