Feb. 23, 2023

Feb. 23, 2023: Good morning, Bay Islands. Another windy night with winds peaking at about 9 p.m. last night at 35 mph. Seas got up to 6 feet, but are down to 4 feet this morning. We have another couple of zinc-pounding windy days and nights before the winds calm down to just being breezy this weekend.
Friday morning, Saturday morning and Sunday morning we will have a few clouds and can’t rule out a shower here or there, but most of us will stay dry.
Seas will be 4-5 feet during the day and 5-6 feet at night today and tomorrow. They will calm to 3-4 feet this weekend.
Next week looks windy as well.
The long-range forecast is trying to give us some rain around March 5, but that is a long way away and things can change. Have a great Thursday!
