Good morning Bay Islands! Many of us got a shower last night! We got a quarter of an inch here on Jonesville Point. Utila has over half an inch.

Radar at 7:20 a.m.

At 7:20 a.m. there are still some showers around Utila. Most of the rest of the rain has moved west.

Satellite at 7:20 a.m.

There are scattered clouds around so there will be a small chance of a shower through the morning. After that we should clear out and be mostly sunny for the afternoon. Seas are at 4 feet on the north side this morning and 3 feet on the south side. They should calm to 2-3 feet during the day. Enjoy it. It will be the calmest we get for a while.

Tonight and tomorrow morning should be nice and winds and seas will be moderate. Starting tomorrow night the east winds really start to blow. Winds will be 30-35 mph at night and 20-25 mph during the day most of this coming week, with nighttime seas 5-6 feet (Even higher Wednesday night, which looks like the worst sea night of the week) and 4-5 feet during the day. The forecast is almost completely dry and sunny. Have a great week!
