Aug. 20, 2022: Good morning, Roatan! We’re starting to get into the most active season for tropical weather and the long range forecasts indicate some action in the Atlantic, but nothing that threatens us in the foreseeable future.
Our weather will remain pretty boring, with east winds 15-20 mph and seas 2-3 feet (.6 to 1 meter). Rain chances go up a bit at night, but only a 20 percent chance tonight and maybe a 30 percent chance tomorrow night. Right now the rain chance looks like it might go up a little on Thursday.
