Good morning Bay Islands. Our photo of the day comes from Jim Jaskunas on Sandy Bay looking north. We can see some cumulus clouds in the background. Today looks nice and over the next few days most of our rain should be overnight if we get any.

On satellite at 8:30 we see some storms on the coast of Belize, but mostly sunny skies for us. It should stay that way today. Tonight a cold front stalls well to our north. It may push some overnight showers our way tonight, but it isn’t a sure thing. We may have a few showers tomorrow, especially in the morning time, but they should be long lasting. We had been worried about a norther next week, but the latest models are saying that is less likely, so that’s good news.
Wind and Galaxy Wave forecast: We wake up to east winds around 5 mph and seas 2 feet. That should calm to 1 foot this afternoon and things look quite calm through Wednesday.
