Good morning Bay Islands. Our photo of the day comes from Heather MacNaughtan who captured this view from Tita’s Pink Seahorse in West End.
We’ve had a few showers this morning in West Bay which has picked up about three quarters of an inch this morning. Rain should decrease as the day goes on.

At 8 a.m. we have clouds scattered around, especially near West Bay and to the west and south of West Bay. This time of year we rarely can say it isn’t going to rain on any day, we can only say rain totals are either going to be high or low. This afternoon through Wednesday it looks like rain totals should be low and, despite a shower here and there, most of our days should be dry.
Wind and Galaxy Wave forecast: Winds are quite calm and seas about 2 feet, though at West Bay they looked a little higher at 8 a.m. because of a storm off the coast. Winds and seas should remain quite calm today. Winds get a little higher tomorrow and Wednesday with east winds 15 mph and seas 3 feet. Tomorrow night winds pick up to 20 mph and seas 4 feet.

For most Americans, Thursday week means Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving means turkey with all the trimmings. Winds should calm on Thursday and any rain should be mostly done in the morning. Paya Bay Resort will have a traditional Thanksgiving feast Thursday. Remember, Diamond Rock road is now paved all the way to Paya Bay.

Tides remain moderate. Have a great week!
