Good morning Bay Islands. We continue to dry out from that last norther and things are looking great in the forecast. Just as good as this photo of Oak Ridge taken by Duane McNab.

For once, almost no one got rain the last 24 hours. The same should be true for the next 24 hours.

The 8 a.m. satellite shows mostly clear skies overhead. We should continue mostly sunny today and tomorrow. An overnight or early morning shower isn’t impossible, but is unlikely through Saturday. Chances go up a bit Sunday.

Wind and Galaxy Wave forecast: We wake up to east winds 10-15 mph and seas 2 feet. This evening may be our windiest period of the week, with east winds 20 mph and seas 3 feet. Tomorrow we will be back to 10-15 mph and seas 2-3 feet and things will tend to get calmer from there into the weekend.

Don’t forget to download the all-new Roatan Ferry Galaxy Wave app for the best deals on tickets. The next week will be a great time to visit the mainland or another island.

Lowest tide will be 1:30 a.m. as we move toward new moon. Have a great Tuesday!
