Good morning Bay Islands. Our photo of the day comes from Wayne Soboy at Havana Beach near Milton Bight. The weather continues to be almost perfect, except for the fact it is pretty hot. This time of year, with few clouds and fairly calm winds, yesterday’s high of 93 (34C) along with a dew point of 78 (26C) made for a heat index of 109 (43C). A great time to jump in the water.

Our satellite this morning shows almost no clouds. No clouds means no rain. For the rest of this week into the weekend our rain chances are pretty close to zero. As we get to the beginning of next week our chances of isolated showers go up, but only to around 30 percent for an overnight or early morning shower.
Wind and Galaxy Wave forecast: We start the day fairly calm with 7 mph east winds and seas around 2 feet. We will have fairly calm daytime winds and seas and only slightly windier, 10-15 mph and 2-3 foot seas, overnights.

Low tide is around noon. Have a great Wednesday!
