Good morning Bay Islands. Our photo of the day comes from Scott Anderson taken from his boat near mahogany Bay looking east. We’ve had a mostly dry 24 hours, but things look wetter as we get into Friday and Saturday.

Here is a look at water vapor overhead. The yellows and greens are drier air, the reds and purples moister air. We can see today and tomorrow we have drier air, meaning only about a 20 percent chance of a passing shower, but as we get into Friday and Saturday our rain chances go up to 50 percent. Sunday looks a bit drier again, but wetter for Monday and Tuesday.

Wind and Galaxy Wave forecast: We start the day with 15 mph east winds and seas 2 feet. We will stay right around there today and into the weekend with slightly higher winds and seas overnights.

We usually think of Jolly Roger Roatan as a great excursion crew for visitors, but did you know they are also a great host for your special event? Contact them and see how your event would work on their catamaran!

Lowest tide is 1 p.m. Have a great Tuesday!
