Good morning Bay Islands. Our photo of the day comes from Collette Hyde and shows sunrise over Pristine Bay Golf Course. Today looks like a mostly sunny day.

On satellite at 6:20 a.m. we can see some popcorn clouds between Roatan and Guanaja. I suspect they might have some rain in them considering that the temperatures east side have dipped a few degrees into the upper 70s. Any showers this morning should be brief. The midday should be mostly dry, but as we get toward nightfall there is a decent chance of a shower. Looking ahead we will continue to have occasional, brief showers but most of our days should be dry.
Wind and Galaxy Wave forecast: We wake up to east winds 15 mph and seas 3 feet. We should stay right around there today before getting up to 25 mph and seas 4-5 feet this evening. Tomorrow will be a bit windier than today with east winds 20 mph and seas 3-4 feet. We will have typical trade winds for the week ahead.

If you are contemplating a move or visit to the island, contact Mitch Cummins and prepare to give your pooch the best vacation possible with specially designed food from Roatan Pets. Remember, 10 percent of proceeds goes to Roatan Operation Animal Rescue!

Lowest tide is 3:30 p.m. Have a great weekend!
