Good morning Bay Islands. Our photo of the day was taken by Rosemary Lucas and looks toward the sunrise over the hills that make up the spine of Roatan from Sandy Bay.
Winds are starting to die down a little. They will die down even more this weekend.

Our skies this morning are quite clear, with almost no clouds to be seen. We will continue dry through the week. This weekend there might be a very small chance of a morning shower somewhere, but most of us should be dry.

Wind and Galaxy Wave forecast: We wake up to east winds 15-20 mph and seas 4 feet. We should be 15 mph and 3 feet midday and we will stay right around there the rest of the week. This weekend it looks like it might be a bit calmer, with 10 mph east winds and seas at 2 feet.

Don’t forget the winner of this month’s photo contest gets a free copy of Meet Me on Roatan, John Morris’ heartwarming account of moving to our island. It is available on the island at Ginger’s, Java Vine, Naboo and Las Rocas and in North America by ordering at this link: https://a.co/d/hqCaEss

Low tides are 10:45 a.m. and 11 p.m. Have a great Tuesday!
