Good morning Bay Islands. Lisa Olsen submitted this photo that was taken off Lawson Dock.

Today is a day lots of folks will be at church and/or the beach. They will not have to deal with rain but it will be a bit windy.

At 6:30 a.m. our satellite is mostly clear, but there are a few clouds here and there. Guanaja actually got .01 of an inch, but there definitely isn’t much rain out there. The forecast is dry and there aren’t even many clouds in the forecast.

Wind and Galaxy Wave forecast: We start the day with 25 mph east winds and 4-5 foot seas southside. Winds will be around 20 mph midday, but increase toward 30 mph as we get to sunset and seas will increase to 5-6 feet.
Tomorrow winds will be 20-25 mph and seas 5 feet.
Tuesday we are back to 15-20 mph east winds and seas 3-4 feet, where they will stay for the rest of the week.

Don’t forget this week’s special menu to pick up some quick treats on the way to the beach from Ikigai in French Harbour!

Lowest tide is 9:30 p.m. Have a safe Sunday!
