Good morning Bay Islands. Our photo of the day comes from Tracy Norris in Utila. Utila got a spot of rain in a few locations this morning. We will be dealing with perhaps our last cold front of the season tonight and tomorrow.

On satellite we can see a few showers lingering over Utila. They are very slowly moving west and most of us should be dry today. But tonight into tomorrow morning we will see clouds and showers increase as a small cold front moves in. Tonight and tomorrow should be the best chance of rain in the week ahead, but we will have chances of morning showers Wednesday and Friday mornings.
Wind and Galaxy Wave forecast: We start the day with east winds 10-15 mph but those winds should calm and we should have light and variable winds midday and afternoon with seas around 2 feet. Tomorrow we will get north winds 10-15 mph and seas 2-3 feet northside. Winds turn back to the east Wednesday, but only 5-10 mph and seas around 2 feet. Thursday they pick up to 10-15 mph from the east before calming a bit again on Friday. Not a bad wind and wave week after we get past tomorrow.
