Good morning Bay Islands. Our photo of the day comes from Brad Ryon at Little Bight in Utila and shows a rainstorm. Locations midisland and east got some rain this morning, but rain will become increasingly rare this week.

We have quite a bit of cloud cover at 7:30 a.m. Locations midisland and east got about a quarter of an inch of rain between 3 and 4 a.m. while Guanaja picked up .05 around 7 a.m. So there is still a chance of a shower this morning, but most of us should stay dry. The afternoon will be dry and tonight there is a small chance of a shower. After that there is very little chance of rain through the end of the week.
Wind and Galaxy Wave forecast: Today and tomorrow we continue with the 15 mph east winds and 3 foot seas we’ve seen for quite some time now. Wednesday through the end of the week trade winds pick up, 20 mph and 3-4 feet during the day and 30 mph and 4-5 feet at night.
