Good morning Bay Islands. Another in our series of rainbow photos comes from Bill Addison from Lawson Rock. I love calling these days rainbow weather because you need a little rain to get rainbows.

of rain in several locations on the island.
This morning at 7 a.m. we have a few clouds around, but also plenty of sun. We will have more rainbow weather today and tomorrow with periods of rain and sun, before steadier rains with a norther Friday and Saturday.

Wind and Galaxy Wave forecast: We are finally seeing those calmer seas we’ve been waiting for, with northwest winds 5-10 mph and seas around 2 feet this morning. Winds will be light and seas 1-2 feet today and tomorrow and around 2 feet on Friday and winds start to turn to the north. Our norther is looking weaker and weaker with only 15 mph winds Saturday and maybe 3-4 foot seas northside.

Speaking of Galaxy Wave, they are sponsoring a concert to benefit the Little Friends Foundation.

I wanted to send a big shoutout to the bomberos for their quick response to a little accident my wife Susan had at the airpot yesterday in which she broke her ankle. Also big thanks to Dr. Ramos and Dr. Trejo who worked quickly to set it as painlessly as possible. Also, to many friends who reached out to help. I'm a native of Columbus, Ga., but lived from 2003-2019 in Lawton, Oklahoma. I've always been a weather geek and now I get to live the dream on an island that doesn't have a good weather forecast system.
