Good morning Bay Islands. Our photo of the day comes from Jim Kaltenbach who caught this rainbow in Sandy Bay. We have had several opportunities for rainbows the past few days and may have more over the weekend.
Here is the satellite at 7 a.m. We have some storms east of Guanaja, but they don’t look as impressive as they did yesterday morning. We will keep a 30 percent chance of rain this morning and a 20 percent chance this evening and overnight. This weekend the best chance of rain looks to be Sunday but we will have partly cloudy skies through the whole period. Monday looks dry, but then 40 percent rain chances return for the rest of the week.
Wind and Galaxy Wave forecast: We wake up to 15 mph east winds and seas 3 feet south side. Winds and seas will stay right around there today, getting up to 20 mph tonight. Tomorrow will be much the same, but Sunday looks a bit windier, with east winds 20-25 mph and seas 3-4 feet.

We’re getting ready for a flight to the US next month and getting our cat ready to fly is always a challenge. Rules for dogs are even stricter. Make sure your little buddy is in the best health possible by feeding him locally sourced food through Mitch Cummins and Roatan Pets.

Lowest tide is 7 a.m. Have a great Friday!
