Good morning Bay Islands. Our photo of the day comes from Matthew Ramos off of a dock in West Bay looking toward the setting sun. We have mostly clear skies for the first time in a long time. That should last through tomorrow.

Our satellite this morning is mostly clear and will stay that way today. After a very slight chance of a small morning shower tomorrow, we will also be mostly clear tomorrow. Most of Thursday should also be sunny, with increasing clouds and a chance of rain Thursday evening into the weekend. Right now this weekend doesn’t look quite as rainy as last weekend, but there should definitely be scattered showers.
We are dealing with some Saharan dust that is making our skies a little hazy. It’s not the worst dust we’ve dealt with and should start to decrease tomorrow and be out of here by Thursday, but a little more may come next week.
