Good morning Bay Islands. Our photo of the day comes from Tracy Whitlatch, taken from West End showing our full moon. Remember that the five most liked photos compete Aug. 1 for a free round-trip to Guanaja on the Galaxy Wave. The next few nights we will get good views of our full moon as a drier atmosphere overhead leads to fewer clouds.

On satellite we can see some clouds near Guanaja that will give us a partly cloudy morning and a slight chance of a morning shower, but behind that in the red circle you can see some drier air moving is that should give us mostly sunny skies and almost no chance of rain through Wednesday. Starting Thursday and especially Friday more moisture moves in and increases our rain chances.
Wind and Galaxy Wave forecast: We wake up to east winds 15-20 mph and seas 3 feet south side. By this evening winds will increase to 25 mph and seas to 4 feet.
Tomorrow look slightly calmer, with east winds 15 mph and seas 2-3 feet during the day and 20 mph and 3 feet during the evening. The rest of the week looks very similar.

Monday is a day a lot of cruisers are checking the forecast for excursions on Tuesday. If you’re one of them, don’t forget to check out the ones operated by Jolly Roger Roatan. They will give you the best island experience and get you back to the ship on time.

Low tide is 3:20 p.m. Have a great week!
