Good morning Bay Islands. Our photo of the day comes from Shelly Wood at Big Gully Beach in Guanaja, with Michael Rock on the left and Roatan in the distance. I love photos from various spots on our islands. Don’t forget the five photos with the most FB likes compete Jan. 31 for $50 in Carniceria Rosita meat!

Guanaja has stayed dry as of 8 a.m. this morning but many of us have caught a morning shower.

Rain forecast: At 8:20 a.m. we have a line of clouds bringing some showers to Roatan, but there are blue skies around. After a chance of rain this morning we should clear out this afternoon and the week ahead looks dry.
Wind forecast: We wake up to east winds around 20 mph and seas 4-5 feet. Those winds and seas will stay with us through the week, sometimes getting up to 6 feet, especially on the south side. Be careful out there on the seas.

If all this rain is making your “good boy” hungry, there’s no healthier, environmentally friendly, and tasty way to satisfy him than to get some food from roatanpets.com. Check them out.

Low tides are 1:30 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. Have a great week!
