Good morning Bay Islands. Our photo of the day comes from Daniela Ciatto on West End Road. We may see a few more rainbows today because you need sun to get rainbows, something we didn’t get much of yesterday and we will get more of today. Don’t forget we vote Jan. 31 for $50 in Carniceria Rosita meat on the photo of the month. Send photos to bookmybio@gmail.com or to my Whatsapp +50494754406.

On radar we can see that most of the rain is to our north and west, moving away from us.

Here’s the rainfall since yesterday until 6:30 a.m. today. most of us are in the 2 inch range, though Pristine Bay got over 4 inches.

Rain forecast: We can see some clear skies moving in from the southeast. We will have partly cloudy skies today but we will continue to have a chance of showers today, through tonight and into tomorrow morning. After that, we dry out for the week ahead.

Wind and wave forecast: We start out the day with east winds around 10 mph and seas around 3 feet. Winds and seas will stay in that area until we get into this evening, when they pick up to 20 mph and seas to 5 feet. Getting into next week, we will be quite windy, with east winds 20-25 mph and seas 5-6 feet.

Don’t forget, Sunday supper at Ikigai by Robby Molina means lobster tails from 4 to 9 p.m. Yum!

Low tides are 1 p.m. and 1 a.m. Have a great Sunday!
